Tool Flight Scheduler

Hi everyone! With the help of AI, I’ve created a simple tool designed to help you quickly create and organize your flight rotations.

You can input your rotation's flights—specifying the flight number, airports, aircraft, departure date and time, flight duration, and turnaround time—and the tool automatically calculates the arrival and subsequent departure times.

You can export the flights directly in .ics format, which is compatible with Google Calendar and other calendar applications.

Instructions: Unzip the .zip file and open the HTML file in your preferred browser.

How to import into Google Calendar:

1. Go to "Other calendars" on the Google Calendar home page and click "Import."
2. Select the file generated by the Flight Scheduler tool (.ics) and import it.

(If the events are not visible on the calendar after importing, reload the page/calendar)
