Introducing two liveries featuring the Civil Air Patrol for the 2024 SWS Airvan!
It brings me pleasure to bring to you two liveries from the Civil Air Patrol for the SWS GA8 Airvan!
This download supplies you with two distinct liveries... One is N608CP, a CAP Airvan that I believe was being operated by a detachment up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While the registration is still active there is no recent flight history for the aircraft. The other is N470CP, another CAP Airvan that I know has been active over the past couple years as it was at Airventure in Oshkosh in 2025. However, FlightAware shows it's last flight into Columbus, IN (KBAK) over 4 months ago.
The Airvan was utilized a great deal across the different CAP missions. However, the CAP is actively dissolving their GA8 fleet. As the careers of these particular Airvans comes to an end with CAP I hope we can continue their legacy here in MSFS. I hope you enjoy them!
